Dry general merchandise on pallets, subject to approval. Describe your goods before arrival. Refrigerated, climate-controlled, and hazardous-goods storage are not offered.

We accept business checks, money orders, cash, Zelle, Cash App, and ACH bank transfer. The full price and payment instructions are confirmed in writing; online requests do not automatically charge you.

Contact us as soon as your plans change. Storage and transport terms are confirmed with your booking; loading dock bookings are fully refundable before use begins.

No. The full monthly charge applies whether a pallet is stored for one day or the full month.

No. Handling is billed separately: unloading $7.99/pallet, loading $7.99/pallet, shrink wrapping $4.99/pallet, pallet supply $3/pallet, order picking $3.50/order plus $0.40 per additional item.

No. Cross-docking is for freight that moves through quickly. Longer stays can switch to pallet storage.
