Using this website

Information on this website is provided for general guidance. Prices, availability, and coverage are confirmed in writing for each job. Submitting a request does not create a contract or reservation until we confirm it.

Quotes and bookings

Quote, storage, and dock requests submitted through this site are reviewed by our team. A job is confirmed only after we verify capacity, equipment, and scheduling, and you approve the final price in writing. Online pallet storage requests cover up to 150 pallets and require at least 24 hours' notice.

Pricing

Published rates — such as pallet storage at $18 per pallet per month and loading dock rental at $290 per hour per dock — are starting points. Storage is billed per pallet per month without proration. Philadelphia, PA sales tax applies where required. Any extras, such as forklift use or labor, are disclosed and approved before payment is due.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for describing your goods accurately, including quantity, weight, and any special handling needs. Some goods require approval before arrival; we confirm acceptance when we review your request.

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and change terms are confirmed with your booking.
