A load that shifts in transit or gets refused at delivery can stall a driver's whole day. Having a dock nearby where freight can be unloaded, fixed, and reloaded is often the fastest way back on the road.
Common problems we see
- Pallets that leaned or collapsed during the trip.
- Loose or torn stretch wrap.
- A receiver refusing part or all of a delivery.
- Freight that needs re-labeling or sorting before delivery.
What to do first
- Take photos of the load before anything is moved.
- Contact your broker or shipper to confirm what they want done.
- Call us to check dock availability — or book a dock slot online.
How we can help
Our warehouse handling team can help with palletizing and stretch wrapping. If the freight can't go out the same day, it can stay in pallet storage until a new delivery is set.
Remember: dock requests need to be confirmed by our team, and our warehouses are not open 24/7. For urgent help, call or message us.
