Pallet storage in Philadelphia is usually priced one of two ways: per pallet per month, or by square footage. Per-pallet pricing is the simplest to budget — you pay only for the space your pallets actually take up.
Our rate: $18 per pallet per month
At our Philadelphia warehouse, storage is a flat $18 per pallet per month. It is not prorated — a pallet stored for one day or thirty days is billed for the month. Handling (receiving, wrapping, picking) and any taxes are quoted separately, so you know the full cost before anything arrives.
What to compare when shopping around
- The monthly per-pallet rate — and whether it's prorated.
- Handling fees for receiving and shipping pallets in and out.
- Minimums — some warehouses require a minimum pallet count or term.
- Access — when and how you can add or remove pallets.
- Location — distance to your customers affects your delivery costs.
When per-pallet storage wins
If your inventory goes up and down — seasonal stock, overflow, a container you're releasing gradually — per-pallet pricing scales with you. A lease charges the same whether the space is full or empty. Our storage calculator shows the monthly cost for any pallet count up to 150.
